1. Complete the APPLICATION FOR HOMESCHOOL ENROLLMENT Choose ONE Method below: 1. Online - Secure On Line Homeschool Registration. Credit Card Payments Preferred. 2. Snail Mail - Print Enrollment forms in the EnrollmentForms.pdf and Mail-In. Send form with personal check or money order attached. Send to: Bridgeway Academy 334 Second Street, Catasauqua, PA 18032. 3. Print Enrollment forms (EnrollmentForms.pdf) and FAX to 610-266-7817. We will call you or you can call us to render payment. Credit Card Payments Preferred but can take checks by phone as well. 4. Call the Academy office at 800-863-1474 for registration and tuition fees, and budget plans. Discounts apply for multiple students.
2. Request appropriate PLACEMENT TESTING. Required for grades K-9th. Registration fee includes Placement Testing. Choose ONE Method: 1. On Line - print using special ACCESS CODES. Send completed tests to Bridgeway Academy, 334 Second Street, Catasauqua, PA 18032. 2. Write "Yes" in the enrollment form block "Needs Placement Testing". Send the enrollment form to the Bridgeway Academy. Our office mails the Placement Tests to you. Send completed tests to the Academy. 3. FAX the enrollment form with credit card information, write "Yes" in block "Needs Placement Testing" and request the special ACCESS CODES to download and print tests to your printer. Send completed tests to the Academy. Call our office with additional questions
3. Complete a STUDENT RECORD RELEASE FORM. Send completed form to your current school. Printable forms are available On Line in our downloadable Homeschool Information package.
4. Request current high school to send YOUR HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT, grades 9th through 12th , to Bridgeway Academy, 334 Second Street, Catasauqua, PA 18032. Choose ONE Method: 1. Complete a STUDENT RECORD RELEASE. See Step 4. Send form to high school. 2. Call current high school and request them to FAX unofficial transcript (our FAX: 610-266-7817) and also send official document. This method is used by students who need to enroll and receive curriculum as soon as possible.
5. Request STUDENT OBJECTIVES in writing if your state requires a list of subjects and content being taught. The Academy provides these when you request them. Student must complete placement testing if required before objectives can be given. Student's High School transcript must be received in Academy office before high school objectives can be given. Objectives are sent with the curriculum or faxed to school superintendent's office (you must provide the FAX number).
6. Informative PARENT HANDBOOK and FORMS KIT are available after enrollment form and fees are received in the ADMINISTRATION section in the Members Website.. To receive these FREE resources now, you may request your username and password by calling the Academy office, or wait for your curriculum shipment to arrive.
7. Shipment of CURRICULUM arrives via UPS or Postal Service to your door when steps 1 to 6 are completed.
8. Read the PARENT AGREEMENT FORM included in your curriculum shipment. Initial each section and return the signed copy to Bridgeway Academy, 334 Second Street, Catasauqua, PA 18032 Read the HOME SCHOOL LAW summary for your state in the resources section. http://www.homeschoolacademy.com/homeschooling/resource/state-homeschool-laws/ Note - We can provide curriculum and services for all states.
