To Download The Diagnostic Files . . .

The first window will ask you if you want to RUN the program or SAVE it to disk.

YOU MUST SAVE IT TO DISK

NOTE: In this example we used English 1. You will have to substitute the correct file name in its place.

The second window will ask you how you want to save the file.

You will need to put a c:\ before the file name.

NOTE: File name will be highlighted. You must not delete the file name. To insert a [ c:\ ] , while the file name is highlighted, press the HOME key, the curser should now be to the far left of the text entry  area and before the file name. It should now read 
c:\eng-1.exe

The file in this example will be saved on your hard drive at the following location:

c:\eng-1.exe

Click on SAVE

After you have downloaded the file . . .

2 RUN

Type in the location of the Downloaded file. It was placed on your hard drive in the root directory c:\

c:\eng-1.exe

NOTE: In this example we used English 1. You will have to substitute the correct file name in its place.

4 Click On OK

The next window will display the location where the down loaded file will be placed. It should be:

c:\diagnostics

6 Click on Unzip

Now you are ready to open and print the file.
