Return Your Purchase In a Few Simple Steps

1. Locate the reference number on the warehouse order form included in your shipment and enter it below. REF# can be found in the top right-hand corner.

2. Select the items you wish to return.

3. Click “Create Request” to generate a printable PDF form to include in your return shipment. The return address is also printed on this form. Please note that the form is NOT a pre-paid return label. You are responsible for shipping charges for the return items.

Include this form in your return shipment.

This return form is only for independent textbooks and curriculum. Self-Paced Online or Live Online Class refunds must be requested through our help desk. You can reach them at 610-600-9406 during regular business hours or visit and submit a support ticket.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the return policy for independent products?

Textbooks course materials must be returned in new, unused condition with no writing on materials within 30 days of the original shipment date to be eligible for refund. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on all independent products.

What if I have multiple students/purchases?

A separate PDF return form will need to be generated for each student/order. Orders can be shipped separately or together but all PDF return forms must be included.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

A refund will be issued back to your original method of payment 2-3 weeks after we have received your order.

What if I purchased an Academy enrollment?

This return form is only for independent products, not for Academy enrollments. If you want to withdraw from the academy, please contact your Bridgeway Academy advisor to begin the withdraw process.
