“I love seeing him achieve at Bridgeway when the public schools told him he couldn’t.” Linda M.

Find HOPE for Learning Struggles

Bridgeway Academy Learning Disability Homeschooling Program

Every child deserves a chance to receive a high-quality education in an environment that’s enjoyable and comfortable for them. Let Bridgeway provide hope for homeschooling your child with learning disabilities. Through a unique combination of learning therapy, customized curriculum, and academic support, your child can do more than survive school — they can thrive and rediscover their love of learning.

Bring the Smile Back to Learning

Bridgeway’s Total Care HOPE program is designed for students who have struggled with learning difficulties and are looking for a program that does more than treat. Instead, it creates new neural pathways that increase learning capacity and help students overcome learning difficulties. Our one-of-a-kind approach to homeschooling your child with learning disabilities includes a full year of sensory-integration-based learning therapy, 5 core subjects for a complete year of homeschooling, one-on-one support from a trained academic advisor, and peace of mind knowing that your homeschool program is accredited.

Whether you opt for traditional textbook-based learning or online learning, the HOPE program includes:

  • Healing Sensory Integration Therapy – Nine months of individualized sensory-integration-based learning disability therapy from Essential Learning Institute.
  • A Full Year of Tailored Online Courses – A collection of online courses tailored to meet your child’s specific needs.
  • Unparalleled Support – Expert homeschool advisors who are with you every step of the way to ensure success.
  • Testing – A complete suite of academic and memory assessments to ensure the right fit.
  • Assessments – Learning style, personality style, and environmental.
  • Resources – Designed to help give you support and ensure you have a successful year.

HOPE Program FAQs

We work with a wide variety of students and learning disabilities. Some of our students have received a diagnosis of a learning disability and are on the Autism spectrum, struggle with ADD/ADHD, and/or have an IEP or 504. However, we also work with students who do not have a diagnosis but struggle with memory, focus, concentration, reading, writing, and the general learning process.

When you enroll in a HOPE program, we take customization one step further. Not only do we work with you to find the perfect curriculum fit and academic level for your student but we also add a complete assessment that identifies the root cause of your student’s learning difficulties. From there, LDHope will customize your child’s online therapy program to directly meet each of their specific needs. This requires a commitment of 45 to 60 minutes per day four days per week and is fully supported by the Essential Learning Institute education support team.

Because every student is different, the timing and results vary from student to student. With a commitment to a daily schedule including the HOPE therapy, students will typically begin to see a rise in confidence and improvements in daily interactions within 6 to 8 weeks. As with everything, students will get out of the program what they put into it. Over the course of 9 months, if your student is faithfully completing his or her daily therapy, you can expect to see gains in both auditory and visual processing and memory as well as improvement in reading and spelling. Our goal is to bring your child to his or her learning potential.

Your HOPE program begins with a complete assessment of your child’s learning efficiency and foundational language and sequencing skills. If that assessment does not indicate a need for the HOPE program, we will let you know and work with you to find the right homeschool program for your child. The HOPE assessment fee is non-refundable; however, there is no charge to make a package change.
