Delaware State Homeschool Law Summary
If you are homeschooling in the state of Delaware, you need to follow these steps:
- Complete an annual statement of enrollment before October 5. This must be on a form provided by the state of DE. Online access to this form is possible once you register your homeschool.
- Maintain attendance records. Delaware does not require a specific number of days attended, but a family must maintain and give attendance records to their school district by July 31st at the end of every academic year.
