Indiana State Homeschool Law Summary
If you are homeschooling in the state of Indiana, you will need to follow these steps:
- Keep Attendance. Even though you are not required to notify your school district of your “intent to homeschool,” you must keep an attendance record to provide if you are ever asked by the school district. 180 days of attendance is required.
