New Jersey State Homeschool Law Summary
New Jersey does not require you to follow any specific guidelines concerning your homeschool program other than to say that children must receive instruction “academically equivalent” to that of your local public school. Children between the ages of 6 and 16 must comply with New Jersey compulsory attendance law.
